Monthly Archives: September 2016

On Sunday, September 11th, 2016, approximately 300 motorcycle riders gathered at the Las Vegas Speedway to show their support for our military. The purpose was to take a group photo that will be sent to troops serving our country overseas. We also had a 10′ x 8′ banner printed, and signed by all of those in attendance. The banner will be sent to Kunsan Air Base in Kunsan, Korea.

Discovery Channel’s “Harley And The Davidsons”

After several years of mundane television programming for motorcycle riders, the Discovery Channel has knocked it out of the park with it’s series about the world’s most famous motorcycle company. For the past ten years, there really hasn’t been any noteworthy shows about motorcycles. Sons Of Anarchy had it’s run, but aside from it’s fictional and over-the-top storyline, towards the last few¬†seasons, it just started going all over the place and became very hard to follow.

“Harley And The Davidsons” was an excellent program. I enjoyed watching the progression of the 3 founders, and how they each had such different personalities that brought a little something different to the brand. Was it all fact, or was some of it a fictional recreation?? I don’t know, but either way, it is a great watch, and something I will look for and buy on DVD.
